Shortly After Starting
n 1980, Noosa Waters was really taking shape, just waiting for all of the potential residents to take over and make it a marvellous community.
The Essential Organ of Noosa Waters
This piece of construction is the reason we can live comfortably in Noosa Waters without too much fear of flooding. The Lock is a Vital structure that we need to look after for the sake of our residential safety.

With thanks to Lesley Downie for her fabulous aerial shot taken in 2016. Not many empty blocks available for a new build, so there have been a number of houses replaced with a new style dwelling.
Our Aim
Our aim is to provide our members with all the information needed to reside in this beautiful estate. Our association is approaching its 20th year and we advocate on a diverse range of issues on behalf of all the Noosa Waters residents. These issues include – Estate Garden Maintenance, Water Watch, Lock Management for the Canals, Estate Security Patrols, Social Activities and supporting Neighbourhood Watch.
The NWRA Constitution or Rules of Association
The constitution was changed in 2019 and changes approved by public vote at the 2019 AGM. Most of the changes related to the inclusion of Social Members who do not reside in Noosa Waters, but have an interest or affnity to the area.
