Once you Log In to nwra.com.au (see Help - Log In options for NWRA site)
Click on the dropdown arrow beside your name.
The dropdown list will contain the following options:
Please see an explanation of all the options below.
Allows you to manage any NWRA events you have booked.
Select Past Events to view previous events you have attended.
Shows any Trading Post/Forum posts that you have created or been included in.
Shows credit cards that you have used to pay for events/subscriptions
You can remove an existing card or add a new card
It's best to check the expiry date on your credit card prior to your subscription renewal, as your bank will decline the transaction if your card has expired.
You can cancel a recurring membership at any stage.
You can now update your own information directly in My Account.
Fields with the lock symbol are not visible to others.
Note: Our Rules of Association allow for a maximum of 2 votes per household. You may choose to list only one person. However, if you wish to identify two household members, you will need to utilise the first and last name fields as per the examples below.
e.g. First Name - John and Jane Last Name - Smith
or First Name - John Smith Last Name - Julie Brown
Please note that you must maintain the full address information to confirm that you are a resident of the Noosa Waters and surrounds area.
You are now able to change your Log In email address which will also then become the address that all communications from NWRA site will use.
You may also change your Log In password.
Start by going to the NWRA home page nwra.com.au and select Log In on the far right of the top tool bar.
On the Log In screen, select Forgot Password.
On the Reset Password screen, type in your email address and click Reset Password.
Click Got It. This will take you back to the Log In screen. Keep the screen open until you have updated your password.
You will receive an email within a few minutes. If you don’t see the email in your Inbox, check your Junk Mail.
Click Create New Password.
You will be asked to enter and then confirm a new password.
Click Reset password.
Click OK to return to nwra.com.au home page.
Enter your email address and new password on the Log In page.

Select Log In on top right of your computer screen or the 3 dashes on top right of your mobile device.
You will see the Log In screen.
Options:
1. Log In using your email address and the password you created at sign up.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password function (see 'How do I reset my NWRA password' FAQ).
2. Use your Google credentials by clicking on the Google icon at the bottom of the Log In page. A page will appear with your Google account/s. It is important to select the one you used for your NWRA Log In. NWRA home page will open and you will receive a message from Google notifying you that your account was used to open the NWRA site.
3. Use your Facebook credentials by clicking the Facebook icon at the bottom of the Log In page. Select Continue as ... . The NWRA home page will open and you will receive a message from Facebook notifying you that your account was used to open the NWRA site.
Note: If the following page opens saying "You haven't purchased a subscription yet", it means that your Google or Facebook credentials did not match the email account you used to log onto the NWRA site.
