A reminder that the lock will be closed from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 23 February for Stage 1 of the Lock and Weir renewal project. You will see activity in the area from Friday as the contractor set ups their site office.
Adrian Reed (Vice President) and I were able to meet with the project manager and the principal contractor last Thursday to take them through the lock operation so they have a thorough understanding of the process. We look forward to working with them to deliver the best result possible for our members.
