Dear Members,

• A local female resident was on her usual early morning walk around 5am this morning with her dog.

  
  

• She described feeling as though she was being followed by a male, wearing a backpack and baseball cap on backwards.

  
  

• The encounter occurred on Shorehaven Drive between Headland Drive and Mermaid Quay.

  
  

• The woman went to the safety of a nearby property. When the woman stopped at the safe house, the male did not walk past the property or approach her. He continued to hover in the darkness.

  
  

• If you see or hear of any suspicious activity, please report it to the appropriate authorities.
